snow snow snow

we got our first snow in wilmington in about 5 years. my poor deprived 4 and (almost) 2 year old children had never seen snow. so of course they wanted to check it out. since it hasn't snowed here in about 5 years, we were in NO way prepared for snow. we do not have snow pants, boots, or gloves that don't absorb water. well whatever, we layered up and went out in what we had. it didn't really matter, we were only out there for about 2 minutes anyway. did i mention that snow is cold??!!
the kids were intrigued by the snow... for about 2 minutes :)
