friend-filled weekend

we had a very busy weekend full of lots of friend time! we started with grace's 3rd birthday on saturday. her birthday was a bike birthday (which was a really cute idea- that i may steal for brooke's 3rd birthday :). all of the kids brought their bikes and rode them around the park. they even got to decorate their bikes with streamers, balloons, stars, and horns. the kids had a great time! the only downfall was that it was chilly and started to rain. but that did not stop the kids from having a great time!

saturday night we went over to the folands for dinner. the adults had a fun time catching up. we got to hear all about mark's trip to kenya (which sounded great!!) the kids of course had a blast playing together. noah even shared his special thomas trains with hana (he doesn't share them with just anyone). they even got to jump on the bed...

sunday after church we had dinner with jimmy, hilary, and taylor. we got to spend some fun time with the girls playing and the adults chatting... what fun!! (i didn't bring my camera so i will have to wait for hil to add pictures to her blog so i can steal them!).

we had a great busy weekend with lots of friends!! we are blessed to have such great people in our lives!
