one afternoon the girls were playing. hana loves to make up songs and "preform" them standing on her stool. she happily sings them to her "audience". she makes up many a creative song. anyway, this one afternoon i walk by and see hana passionately singing on the stool. about five minutes later, i walk by again and what do i see? you guessed it... brooke singing gibberish on the same stool with the same amount of passion.
brooke also likes to copy hana's hairstyles. it has taken me three years to get hana to leave anything in her hair. with all of that hard work i am not about to turn brooke away at such a tender young age.
on this particular morning hana wanted pig tales...
of course brooke wanted the same... her look is just slightly different than hana's!

Hana looks like a mirror image of Jack in that pig tail picture. Oh my gosh. Woah. Seriously. You could have easily put Jack's hair in pigtails and said it was Hana and I would have believed you. Actually, do that. I'd love to see him in pigtails.

dearest mommy of hana and brooke - in the first close mouthed picture of hana, she looks SO much like you to me. and i ain't just sayin' that for pep talks or pat-me-on-the-backs. fo' real. she's yours! and, i like the pictures in your newest post from the aquariums. i wonder if they wanted to jump in and swim?
