trip down memory lane

a friend from college, danielle, was in town for a couple of days so we all got together at amanda's to catch up. it was a really nice afternoon of girl chatter, kids playing, and us reminiscing. it is always nice to have a day to spend with friends while your kids play with their kids. who knew that we would all end up at the same place so many years down the road?

i love it! it's something special to get together with old friends...you can reminisce about your past and smile about where you are. doesn't it make you realize how far we've come since those days? danielle is beautiful as always!!

that was cool! i love the old picture versus new picture! we actually don't look that different. what is up with my smiles though? i look like i'm in pain in the old picture and like an overly-happy crazy woman in the new picture. i guess i was happy to see everyone :)
