it is official... i ran my first 5K!! this morning at wrightsville beach jack and i ran the flotilla 5K. it was a bit chilly, but other than that it was a great morning for running. i will say that i am super proud of both of us! i plan to run some more... i am not so sure if jack will... but it was still a great race. here are the very exciting pictures!! thanks jodi for running with me!
