old mcfayes farm

hana's preschool class went on its first field trip today :) we went to a farm about 30 minutes away. it was a really cute, kid friendly farm. the woman who runs it is a retired teacher who built the farm so kids could come and learn. how fun!! emily thoughtfully took brooke so that hana and i could have some time together. it was a great morning. the kids got to feed animals, ride a pony, take a hay ride, make an art project, and enjoy life on a farm (i was going to add a link to their website but it is not working). i did feel a bit like pauly shore in son-in-law... green acres is the place to be... farm living is the life for me (um not really i like the city) but whatever, hana had a blast... be prepared for picture overload!!
